Immediately after installation and setup, your devices perform a sequential upgrade, which might slow down the response of the products.
If your devices take an exceptionally long time to update (>24 hours), please reboot your Hub by unplugging it, waiting for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. This will force the devices to update.
Also, please check your internet connection is working, and that the ethernet cable is inserted fully into the Hub and your router. If the connection is not stable the update may continue to fail.
