How do I reset my Den devices?

It is very simple to reset any Den device — the process is similar for each one.  

Before you get started, make sure any Light Switches, Socket Outlets and Hubs are connected to the mains, and that any Remotes and Motion Sensors have their batteries installed. 

Hold down the small triangle button (called the Setup button) until the blinking light that appears turns solid, and then let go.  

Once the light stops blinking, the product has now been reset to its factory settings.  

For Light Switches, Socket Outlets and the Hub, the Setup button is located at the bottom right corner in the front.  

For Motion Sensors, the Setup button is located at the bottom front of the device, while Remotes have their Setup button located at the back of the device.
