If you delete your Den setup to start from scratch or if you factory reset your Den Hub, you'll need to disable the Den Alexa Skill and re-enable it to get things working again.
You can do that by following these steps:
- In the Alexa App, go to Skills & Games > Your Skills > Den > Disable Skill.
- Re-enable the Den Skill it by tapping on Enable, logging in and tapping "Authorize".
- Run Discover Devices by tapping the button in the Alexa App, or saying "Alexa, discover my devices.
If you end up with duplicates of some of your devices in the Alexa App, you'll need to delete the old instances by pressing the settings button in the top right and then tapping the trash can.
